  10. Payment options
    1. All payments must be made by credit card or by check (click on Pay by Check button for mailing information).  Multiple individuals may be paid for with one group check, but credit card payments must be made individually per attendee.  All options require each individual participant to have a complete website membership created with their personal email address (institutional emails are best) and contact information.
      1. Options for registering multiple individuals from an institution:
        1. Each individual student may create a PAS website account, register for the meeting, pay by credit card, and be reimbursed by the host institution.
        2. Students may create a PAS website account, register for the meeting, and choose the pay by check option.  If a Department is paying for multiple individuals by check, it should be mailed in with full list of names, email addresses (used to set up their PAS website accounts), and amount to be paid towards each individual.
        3. Students may create their own PAS website account, and provide the username and password to the advisor/departmental representative that can then pay by credit card for each individual or by check. If a Department is paying for multiple individuals by check, it should be mailed in with full list of names, email addresses (used to set up their PAS website accounts), and amount to be paid towards each individual.
        4. An advisor/departmental representative can create website accounts for individual students (using the students’ email addresses), and then register them and pay by credit card or by check. If a Department is paying for multiple individuals by check, it should be mailed in with full list of names, email addresses (used to set up their PAS website accounts), and amount to be paid towards each individual.
