1: The 10 year history of the Academy (Volume 9 – 1935) states that there were two people who were known to have attended the meeting but were not on the list.  It is believed by Robert Coxe that the two missing people are Clarence E. McClung and Otto E. Jennings.  Their names were added to this current list, but were excluded from the 10 year history in 1935.
