Your abstract will be reviewed by the program chair and you will receive an email by March 1 if your abstract has been accepted for presentation at the Annual Meeting. A tentative schedule for presentations with be announced by March 7. The meeting runs from Friday March 31-Sunday April 2. Posters and oral presentation sessions may be scheduled for Saturday morning (9AM-noon), Saturday afternoon (1-5PM), or Sunday morning (9AM-noon). Special requests for preferred presentation scheduling will NOT be accepted. Presenting authors submitting abstracts must be available to present at any of the potential session times.
